SIMIUS designs, manufactures, and sells aviation simulation equipment including flight simulators, visual systems, cockpit components, and related accessories. All products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Certification and Compliance Disclaimer

Our equipment is designed to be technically suitable for future certification or attestation processes. However, certification or attestation is not implied by default. Any certification or attestation is performed only in cooperation with the relevant parties and authorities, subject to joint agreement and applicable regulations.

SIMIUS does not provide licensed training, regulatory authority, or certification issuance. We are open to cooperating on certification processes on a project-specific basis with relevant parties and authorities.

5. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order.

For made-to-order products, a deposit may be required upon order confirmation. Final pricing may vary depending on custom specifications and configuration options.

6. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other methods as agreed upon at the time of order. For custom and made-to-order products, payment schedules will be agreed upon individually.

7. Delivery and Lead Times

Lead times vary by product and are provided as estimates. Delivery terms, including shipping costs and responsibilities, will be agreed upon for each order. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed shipping point.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms and duration vary by product and will be specified in the order documentation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. For made-to-order products, cancellations may be subject to fees covering materials and work already performed. Please contact us at sales@simius.tech to discuss any concerns with your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlightSim Production proizvodnja d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
